Tom Bailey was the visionary behind Iron Rose Ranch, transforming it into a sanctuary for cutting horses and a beacon of land stewardship. Over the last thirty years, Tom thoughtfully executed a plan to preserve the land for regenerative agriculture and water rights while continuing the cutting horse operations he cherished. To secure this vision, Tom transferred the land and operations into a 1,000-year trust, fully endowing it to protect its future.

Following his passing, the ranch will continue Tom’s enduring legacy under the management of hand-picked trustees.
